Mail Problems

I can receive mail, but I cannot send e-mail

» If you cannot send out e-mail, your ADSL line is most probably down. You can follow the following checks before attempting to phone Telkom:

1. Switch your ADSL modem/router off.

2. Unplug the power cord and leave it unplugged for at least 5 minutes.

3. Plug it back in and let it restart for at least 5 minutes.

4.Open your browser (Internet Explorer) and try to open a website (www.wahm.co.za). Your ADSL line is functioning if the site opens. If the sites does not open, make a cup of coffee and phone Telkom on 0800375375 or your ADSL ISP to confirm a connection between you and the Telkom server.

I am getting an authorisation failure notice when I send and receive
